What are the advantages of becoming a MEMBER of the Cala Llonga Owners Association?
There are so many benefits for permanent and part-time residents with properties in Cala Llonga, and also for boat-owners who have a mooring in our marina. Not only are you contributing to part of the upkeep of one of the most prestigious urbanizations on the island, but you are also able to benefit from significant business and leisure discounts that soon cover your yearly fee!
The MODEST fees that the Association charge members and any contributions received by affiliated businesses are all designated to the general enhancement of Cala Llonga. We have never been able to rely solely on Town Hall funding, and many of the features you see (such as our playground and leisure area) were funded and are now maintained by us. Become a member, join in on our social get-togethers and let us know where you would like to see further improvements.
